Abstract

Assessing the validity of digital diplomas in the legal and information space of Russia is a pressing task. The article justifies the relevance of creating an as a single digital information space for universities in Russia. The tasks of designing a national educational platform for verification of digital diplomas of Russian universities on the basis of blockchain technologies are considered. Problems preventing the introduction of blockchain technologies into the educational space have been identified: lack of legal support for digital diplomas, absence of a national platform for verification of final qualification works in the territory of the Russian Federation, absence of coordinating actions of the state body. An example of formation of VUCA-world of graduates is given.
