Abstract
It is quite a challenge to evaluate the nutritional status of children with infantile cerebral palsy. The violation of the growth and development of this category of children has a polyfactorial genesis, and the approach to nutritional correction must be comprehensive. Only a complex solution with a verified algorithm for evaluation of the anthropometric indicators, knowledge of the features of physical development, actual nutrition, body composition and laboratory markers in children with cerebral palsy can reflect the real patient’s nutritional status and help to carry out the necessary correction.

Оценка нутритивного статуса детей с детским церебральным параличом представляет непростую задачу. Детский церебральный паралич (ДЦП) – группа стабильных нарушений развития моторики и поддержания позы, которые приводят к двигательным дефектам, обусловленным непрогрессирующим повреждением и/или аномалией развивающегося головного мозга у плода или новорожденного ребенка [1]. Согласно GMFCS, выделяют пять уровней развития больших моторных функций: I – ходьба без ограничений; II – ходьба с ограничениями; III – ходьба с использованием ручных приспособлений для передвижения; IV – самостоятельное передвижение ограничено, могут использоваться моторизированные средства передвижения; V – полная зависимость ребенка от окружающих – перевозка в коляске/инвалидном кресле [5]. Особенности оценки нутритивного статуса у детей с детским церебральным параличом. Проблеме грамотной оценки нутритивного статуса и коррекции его нарушений у детей с неврологическими заболеваниями, в частности ДЦП, в последние годы уделяется особое внимание. Для детей с ДЦП характерны повышенные энергозатраты, связанные с нарушением энергообмена и недостаточной регуляцией функций вегетативной нервной системы [7,8,9,10]
