Abstract

The article studied the problem of physical condition of high-yielding adolescents (boys). The purpose of the study was to determine the peculiarities of morphofunctional development of high-yielding teenage boys 14-16 years under the influence of physical activity. It has been established that the influence of volleyball classes had a positive impact on the indicators of absolute and relative physical performance under the test PWC170 and absolute MSC at 14-16 years, MSC attributed to the body weight of 14 years. At the same time, there was a tendency to decrease with the age of relative indicators under the PWC170 test and maximum oxygen consumption in volleyball players. Do not distinguish or are reduced indicators that characterize the functionality of the cardiovascular system of adolescents who are engaged in volleyball at 14-16 years.
