Abstract
In order to investigate changes in the immune status of elderly patients after a splenectomy concerning an injury of a spleen researches of the immune status of 21 elderly patients which age from 60 to 80 years (the main group 1) after the injured spleen operations in the next postoperative period on the third - the fifth postoperative days was created. The group of comparison was made by 19 healthy elderly patients (group of comparison 2) and 19 patients of young and middle age (group of comparison 3). All patients had the isolated injuries of a spleen, easy volume of blood loss (to 500 ml). As a result of research it is established that at patients of advanced and senile age after a spleneetomy the following changes in the immune status of an organism in the next postoperative period are noted. In a cellular link - decrease in all analyzed indicators. In a humoral link - considerable decrease in indicators of IgG and M, FNOa, IL1ß, IL-6, INFγ and significant increase in the circulating immune complexes.

Summary
С целью исследования изменений в иммунном статусе у пожилых пациентов после спленэктомии по поводу травмы селезенки выполнены исследования иммунного статуса у 21 пожилого пациента, возраст которых составил от 60 до 80 лет (основная группа 1) после операций на поврежденной селезенке в ближайшем послеоперационном периоде на третьи – пятые послеоперационные сутки. При изучении иммунного статуса определяли следующие показатели: субпопуляции Т- и В-лимфоцитов: количество в периферической крови лимфоцитов, несущих медиаторы CD3 (зрелые Тлимфоциты); CD4 (Т-хелперы); CD8 (цитотоксические Т-клетки); CD16 (натуральные киллеры); CD20 (В-клетки), а также соотношение CD4/CD8. Результаты и их обсуждение При исследовании клеточного звена иммунного статуса определялись субпопуляции Т- и В-лимфоцитов, количество лимфоцитов в периферической крови, несущих маркеры CD3+ (зрелые Тлимфоциты), CD4+ (Т-хелперы), CD8+ (цитотоксические лимфоциты), CD16+ (Т-киллеры), CD20+ (В-лимфоциты) и соотношение Т-хелперов и Т-цитотоксических лимфоцитов – CD4+ / CD8+. Из данных представленных в таблице 1 видно, что у пациентов 3 группы сравнения в анализируемый период показатели клеточного звена системы иммунитета
