Abstract
Method of design rolling tools’ grooves for manufacturing of zirconium alloy tubes is considered. The proposed methodology allows to clarify range different parameters calculated in design rolling tools. The described method will ensure compliance with current technical specifications and reduce the likelihood of defects during cold pilgering. The calculation algorithm for determination design parameters is implemented on the example of the intermediate rolling operation ∅65,0×11,9 mm ∅ → ∅32,2×5,3 mm.
