Abstract
Competitive activity of the world best female heptathletes (winners and prize-winners of 1988–2012 Olympic Games) has been analyzed. It has been revealed that sports results of the winners of 1988–2012 Olympic Games vary in the range of 7291–6584 points. The world best female heptathletes tend to score the greatest number of points in 100 m hurdles, long jump, high jump and 200 m running, whereas the lowest — in javelin throw, shot put and 800 m running.
