Abstract

The article reveals the definition of the concept of "lean startup", gives the characteristic features, advantages and disadvantages of this concept, substantiates the importance of using a business model as a key element in the creation and development of a lean startup. Methodological recommendations are offered for determining the structural units of the business model of these types of startups and forming the stages of its construction, which include the development of a product idea, the launch of a minimum viable product, its regular evaluation, which is based on interaction with consumers, and continuous training.
