Abstract

On the basis of phenomenological theory by Landau, anomalous behavior of the structural order parameter in the course of plastic deformation by twisting has been explained. The initial loss in the modulus of the order parameter is determined by an energy increase at the beginning of twisting loading and close energies of the primary phase and the secondary one. The minimum and the succeeding increment in the modulus are related to the emerged spiral structure that is a stable state. After that the stage of plasticity is achieved and the modulus value becomes stabilized after the maximum determined by he pre-history has been past. Start your abstract here.
