Abstract

The purpose of this report is to analyse the feasibility of expansion of Etihad Airways into Brazilian market based on PESTEL, Porter’s five forces, Value chain model and Expansion strategy analysis. The result of the analysis shows that Etihad Airways should enter the market in a joint venture with a regional Brazilian career called GoI which doesn’t compete with Etihad on its international routes to Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and Asia to operate profitably in this sector
