Abstract
This article discusses the methods of designing zero energy buildings in the new cities. The software used in the simulation of this article includes Energy Plus and TRNSYS 16.0. In Energy Plus software simulation, time is considered to design the building facade, considering the building materials, size and direction of the window. On the other hand, TRNSYS 16.0 software has been used to study the design of zero energy buildings using renewable energy sources of solar water heating system and high efficiency heating systems under the new city of Binalood weather conditions. In this research, it is tried to compare different design methods and apply the most optimal method for home design and selection of energy systems.
