Abstract
Purpose: The VECOPA (vinblastine, etoposide, cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, doxorubicine) – consolidation cycle was designed to intensify the COPDAC (cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, dacarbazine) consolidation cycle as a potential alternative procarbazine-free regimen. VECOPA was thus piloted in boys with Hodgkin's Lymphoma (HL) as a 42 days instead of a 58 days regimen.
