Abstract
Radiation therapy alone is the standard treatment for elderly patients with locally advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However curative thoracic radiation therapy with concurrent chemotherapy may be feasible to selected elderly patients with NSCLC. This retrospective study was aimed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of concurrent chemoradiation therapy (CCRT) in patients aged 80 years or older.
