Fe 3+ - ESR in La 2−xSr xCuO 4−y system at high doping levels

Abstract

Fe 3+ - ESR linewidths in La 2−xSr xCu 0.97Fe 0.03O 4−y (x=0.20;0.25 and 0.30) were measured in the temperature range 30–280K. The results are discussed in terms of the dynamics of fluctuating exchange- bound electron spins of Cu atoms in CuO 2 planes and the density of states at the Fe site (=Cu site).
