Abstract
A 67-year-old man underwent 18 F-FDG PET/CT for lung cancer staging. Interestingly, the PET scan revealed strip-shaped FDG uptake in the right inguinal contoured area, which was later confirmed as a right varicocele through ultrasound imaging.
