Abstract

Malignant lymphomatous involvement of the penis is rare. We reported the case of a 78-year-old man with systemic lymphoma and painless persistent asymmetric erection with a flaccid glans penis. An FDG PET/CT scan demonstrated left mediastinum uptake. There were multiple enlarged inguinal and pubic lymph nodes with increased uptake. The penis was slightly enlarged with marked increased activity. Biopsy of the penis and enlarged peripheral lymph nodes demonstrated large B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
