Abstract

Last month, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced that it would set a maximum nicotine level in cigarettes to reduce the addictiveness of combusted tobacco products. According to the FDA, the potential rule would have the goal of reducing youth use, addiction, and death. The FDA last month also banned vaping device JUUL.
