Abstract
With the continuous development of the shipbuilding industry, there are more and more ship types, and the tonnage of ships is getting bigger and bigger. Traditional low-voltage ship power systems are no longer sufficient for navigation, and 6600 V high-voltage power supply systems are increasingly being used on large ships. High-voltage equipment is different from traditional low-voltage equipment, and incorrect operation can easily lead to safety accidents. In the process of building a ship, the shipyard has a complex environment. How to do safe operation and protection is especially important. This paper focuses on the safe operation characteristics of equipment, analyzes common faults, analyzes the requirements of on-site personnel for high-voltage safety protection, and ensures that the mooring test is carried out smoothly, and the test personnel and high-voltage power equipment are not damaged.
