Abstract

Background and Aims: T-cells are designed to closely sense and interact with their environment. In circulation, fatty acids are a major part of the environment and are known to influence T-cell responses underlying atherosclerosis. Here, we use an in vitro model to define the effect oleic acid has on the transcriptome and methylome of quiescent CD4+ T-cells.
