Fatigue Analysis of Complaints of Employees at Work Surveyor Pasar Minggu Area and Area Ciracaspt Summit Oto Finance Cawang, 2017

Abstract

Employee Finance surveyors in each company has a high work demands, the level of one's needs in terms of purchasing a motorcycle vehicle makes an employee surveyor Easier to feel fatigue. High demands a target market of make the surveyor's employees fatigue. Work fatigue is a weakening of activity, motivation, and physical activity. The purpose of this study was to compare the level of complaints of employee exhaustion of the Pasar Minggu and Ciracas surveyors area as well as to analyze the relationship between age, working period, working hours against complaints of employees of the Pasar Minggu surveyors and Ciracas area. This research is a quantitative research using cross sectional design. This research was conducted at PT Summit Oto Finance Cawang. Respondents in this study were all surveyors employees in the work area of the Pasar Minggu and Ciracas with a total of 48 people. This study used the Mann Whitney test to compare the complaints of employee fatigue surveyors of the Pasar Minggu and Ciracas area and Chi Square test to analyze the relationship between age, working period and working hours on the employee fatigue of the Pasar Minggu and Ciracas surveyors work area. The result of this research is there is no significant difference between the employee surveyor of the Pasar Minggu and Ciracas area. The results of this study shows Also there is a significant difference between age, working period, hours of work against fatigue employee surveyor area of Pasar Minggu and Ciracas.
