Fast Track Arbitration and Virtual Protocols in the COVID-19 Era: Some Suggestions from Asia

Abstract

This conference paper analyzes "expedited procedures" under the rules of seven Asian arbitral institutions, having particular regard to provisions related to COVID-19 pandemic (if any). A table of comparison among the seven arbitral institutions is at the bottom of the paper.
