Abstract
An electrodialysis method has been adopted to the solution growth of 5 cm×5 cm single crystals of KDP. The c-axis growth rate of 3 mm/day was obtained by using Cr3+ ion as dopant. The assessment of the grown crystal has been done by means of an etching method to make a comparison with the crystals grown by the temperature falling method.
