Abstract
This paper is concerned with the computation of electromagnetic scattering for multiple cavities which are filled with homogenous material and embedded in the infinite ground plane. Firstly, we focus on a single cavity model. The high order method of moments combined with equivalence principle is proposed to obtain the scattering properties of the cavity. The cavity dynamic Green's function is utilized to compute the inner field of the cavity. The coupled integral equations are established via the continuity of magnetic current across the apertures. The local roof-top basis functions are adopted to approximate the solution, which can satisfy the smoothness of magnetic current. Several numerical examples are implemented to validate the effectiveness of the methods we proposed. The numerical results show that the accuracy and efficiency of our method are acceptable in the electromagnetic field computation.
