Abstract

In this paper, we present the generation of a CNOT gate between two atoms in a cavity based on transitionless quantum driving. Compared to some previous schemes, the proposed scheme for generating a CNOT gate significantly shortens the duration time. Besides, the scheme is insensitive to the fluctuation of evolution time and coupling coefficient. Also, the influences of atomic spontaneous emission and cavity decay on the fidelity are discussed by numerical simulation. The numerical result shows that the scheme is robust against decoherence.
