Abstract

At recent years power Quality problems such as harmonic have received a great attention because of their undesired economical effects on both utilities and customers. Economical design of harmonic compensation devices, forces us to compensate the selected and important harmonics, and also for precise compensation we need to track the fundamental frequency of the signal. In this paper a new method for fast and accurate fundamental frequency tracking and selective harmonic estimation by using adaptive linear neuron, will be introduced and exclusive properties of the introduced method will be proved by simulation.
