Abstract

We introduce a new convex-programming-based approach to amplitude demodulation of arbitrary-bandwidth signals. While featuring recovery guarantees for a wide class of relevant signals, the new method surpasses competing techniques in terms of computational efficiency by many orders of magnitude; this opens the door for previously inaccessible applications ofamplitude demodulation of arbitrary-bandwidth signals in online and large-scale offline settings.
