Abstract

This research examined the consequences of herdsmen and famers conflicts in middle belt region Nigeria. The study delved into vividly investigation of bloody conflicts between the two parties with the interest to provides information about the consequences of said conflict on basic necessities in Nigeria. Using descriptive method with the application of conflict theory while carrying out the findings. Thus a random sampling through distribution of questionnaire administered to 65 respondents with the aim to dish out tangible information on the consequence of conflict between herdsmen and farmers on basic necessities in Nigeria. The uses of data from secondary sources, such as personal experience, quantitative survey, relevant books, national and international journals, even online sources played enormous role in the reality of this study.
