Abstract

This study was carried out under the ecological condition of Tokat, in 1994. In this study, effects of seed tuber size on total tuber yield, marketable tuber yield, plant height, numbers of main stem and number of tuber per hill and average tuber weight were studied According to results of the study; as tuber size increased, total tuber yield, number of tuber per hill and average tuber weight was increased. On the other hand, as tuber size get smaller, small tuber rate increased.
