Abstract
Far infrared magnetotransmission of p-type ZnSb was investigated in the 40 T range. At low temperature the transmission spectra presents a complex pattern related to impurities states. Hole cyclotron resonance appears at temperatures higher than 7 K. The measured cyclotron masses are m ∗ a=0.262m o; m ∗ b=0.179m o and m ∗ c=0.36m o with the magnetic field parallel to the a, b and c-axis of the orthorhombic crystal, respectively.
