Abstract
We investigated the shapes of biological vesicles based on the Helfrich spontaneous curvature model and presented two fantastic numbers related to biological vesicles. The ratio between the radii of two generated circles of lipid torus is 2 . The product of the spontaneous curvature of a red blood cell and the radius of the sphere which has same surface area as the red blood cell equals to the opposite of golden ratio − 1.618 .
