Understanding the clinical course of oral mucosal changes in patients with FA is essential. The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to determine the prevalence and onset of oral mucosal changes in patients with FA and (2) to elucidate the nature and implications regarding the clinical course of such potential findings in correlation with the development of HNSCC.
