Abstract
For a practical theological reflection on Joep de Hart's research on the impact of family religious socialization, the author has chosen the approach of religious action theory. Strategies of religious education are considered and evaluated with respect to their theological orientations and their empirical conditions. The importance of an orientation towards religious communication is emphasized.
