Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect student learning difficulties on the subject of accounting services company. The variable of this study is the learning difficulties experienced by students of SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro Pangkep. The type of research used is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive analysis tools and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of pre-research at SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro concluded that there are several factors that affect students' learning difficulties on accounting services company subjects, based on the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) determined by the school that is 75. The results show that quantitatively, concluded that teachers, learning media tools, facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, time, teaching materials, family, and social environment factors affect learning difficulties in SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro. While the results of regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that teachers, learning media tools, facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, time, teaching materials, family and social environment are factors that affect learning difficulties learners. All the factors analyzed had positive and significant correlations. PENDAHULUAN Persaingan yang dialami oleh tamatan

SMK/MAK dalam memenangkan kesempatan kerja semakin hari semakin ketat. Hanya mereka yang kompetenlah yang mampu memenangkan persaingan tersebut. Kesulitan yang terlihat pada proses pembelajaran yaitu : (1) guru yang kurang ahli dalam memilih metode pembelajaran, (2) guru jarang menyampaikan tujuan setiap materi dan guru jarang mengulangi materi sebelumnya, (3) guru dalam menyampaikan materi ada beberapa bagian dari materi yang tidak di ajarkan dan contoh soal yang di berikan guru dalam belajar sangat sedikit, (4) peserta didik tidak mengerti dengan materi yang di ajarkan oleh guru, (5) usaha guru memotivasi guru sangat kurang, (6) guru juga kurang ahli dalam menggunakan media dan sarana. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dilapangan, yaitu kelas X jurusan akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Bungoro, menunjukkan hasil belajar peserta didik masih pada taraf yang rendah, terbukti dengan diperoleh data nilai rata rata Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2015/2016.
