Abstract

The empirical review of Public High School in Malang identified some direct correlations: (1) between headmaster leadership and teacher ability in teaching, (2) between teacher ability in teaching, students academic status, learning facilities and learning motivation, (3) between parents economy and social status and students learning facilities, and (4) between teacher ability in teaching, students academic status, and students learning motivation and graduate quality, and indirect correlations: (1) headmaster leadership through teachers ability in teaching, (2) teaching ability of teachers through student learning motivation, (3) students academic status through students learning motivation, and (4) students learning facilities through learning motivation.
