One is that within two days of the direction of election (absent extraordinary circumstances), the employer will provide a final list of eligible voters to the union, including phone numbers and e-mail addresses when available. A recent case shows the consequences of an employer's failure to comply fully with this rule (Danbury Hospital, No. 01-RC-153086). Volume38, Issue12December 2015Pages 4-5 RelatedInformation
