Abstract

1.1. Vitamin C, rutin, vitamin P, and vitamin K (frequently in combination) were not found significantly effective in treating the gingivitis or gingival hemorrhage associated with pregnancy.2.2. Coronal scalings of the teeth were found to arrest the progress of these symptoms.3.3. Weekly conservative subgingival periodontal treatmentswere observed to be the most effective means of controlling and alleviating the lesions under consideration.
