Abstract

Introduction: Corpus callosum is a cerebral commissure connecting the two hemispheres. It is the center of many pathological entities, among them, its agenesis, which is a common neurological anomaly usually, detected in antenatal sonography examinations. One in two patients has an associated intracerebral malformation. Imaging plays a major role in the antenatal detection as well as neonatal diagnosis of this entity. Sedation presents a difficult challenge especially in the case of severe neurological complications.
