Abstract
SummaryReserpine in the feed at the levels described herein did not reduce the incidence of aortic ruptures of turkeys induced by diethylstilbestrol. Reserpine had no effect on total plasma lipid or cholesterol levels, but did cause reduced weight gains and a slight lowering of the systolic blood pressure of older DES-dosed poults.
