Abstract

The decision to integrate a planned program of faculty practice into a school of nursing requires careful analysis and consideration. The challenge is not only "why should we do it?" but "how should we do it?". The author highlights university, school of nursing, and faculty issues and concerns that relate to implementation of a faculty practice plan.
