Noonan Associate professor of English and chairman of the Liberal Studies Program at Findlay College. The Liberal Studies Program is an interdisciplinary, problem-oriented, core program for all Findlay students, in which some twenty faculty members participate each year. Professor Noonan is serving as an advisor to several institutions, consortia, and agencies on faculty development and the management of innovation and has drafted a plan for “Facilitating Faculty and Student Development through Interinstitutional Cooperation” which develops his model in greater detail and is available from him at Findlay College, Findlay, Ohio 45840.Search for more papers by this author John F.
