Abstract

This article describes the results of a course in which Master and Doctoral level students in the Instructional Technology program at George Mason University were paired one-to-one with Graduate School of Education faculty in order to assist the faculty in developing their technology skills. The pairing of students with faculty is based upon a model developed by Iowa State University. Students enrolled in this course were interviewed in order to determine their technology skills and expertise. They were then matched with faculty who were interested in learning that particular skill. The article discusses the results based upon interviews with the faculty and journals written by the students.
