Abstract
This Conceptual Framework is based on Delone & McLean (2003) IS Success Model and other models in which factors like Service Quality, Partnership Quality, Value for Money, Perceived Usefulness of IT Outsourcing, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty are hypothesized to influence IT Outsourcer's Repurchase Intention. Moreover, both Perceived Switching Cost and Attractiveness of Alternatives are hypothesized to serve as moderators to moderate the relationships among Perceived Usefulness of IT Outsourcing, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty and IT Outsourcer's Repurchase Intention.
