Abstract

This study examines the factors that contribute to 336 faculty members' decisions to incorporate diversity-related content into their course materials. The final model has an 86% success rate in predicting likelihood to incorporate. Significant predictors include a race by gender interaction, participation in diversity-related activities, and perceived departmental commitment to diversity.
