Abstract

Expectant management of pre-eclampsia with severe features (SPREX) is often considered if diagnosed < 34 weeks. We sought to identify antepartum factors associated with latency of ≥7 days (long latency) and latency ≥14 days (very-long latency) among patients undergoing expectant management of SPREX.
