Abstract

The online game market is skyrocketing in Vietnam despite the fact that online games are only introduced to Vietnamese people in the recent years. However, as this industry is quite new in Vietnam, there are few intensive studies conducted to provide insights of the field. Through this paper, the author aims to explore the characteristics of Vietnamese online gamers, the influence of game design on online gamers’ attitude and the relationship between online gamers’ attitude and online gamers’ loyalty. Online gamers’ attitude is under heavily influence from game design is the main finding of this study and it implies that the relationship among online gamers’ attitude and online gamers’ loyalty is existed.
