Abstract
Dependence of the consolidation of spiral tibial fracture treated with transosseous osteosynthesis upon the initial transverse fragments dislocation, patient’s age, remoteness of injury, reposition accuracy and fixation stability was analyzed. Priority factors that will allow realizing the maximum potentialities of the technique are determined.
