Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out what factors could influence the intention during the COVID-19 pandemic at DKI Jakarta, to use an E-wallet. using the Associative Approach Research Method and using data collection techniques with questionnaires to 100 respondents and using SEM data analysis techniques Smart PLS. The results achieved that there is no effect between Confirmation on Satisfaction. Confirmation influences the perceived usefulness of E-wallet. Perceived Usefulness in the use of Ewallet has an effect on Satisfaction, there is no effect between Perceived Usefulness of E-wallet and Continuous Intention of using E-wallet continuously, there is no influence between Perceived usefulness and Attitude, there is an influence between Perceived Ease of Use and Attitude, Perceived Ease of Use has an effect on Perceived Usefulness, Satisfaction has an effect on Continuous Intention, there is an influence between Satisfaction on Attitude, and there is no influence between Attitude and Continuous Intention.
