Abstract
Success of the embryo transfer programs is affected by many factors (breed, type, season, treatment). We assume, that periferical blood level of some metabolic hormones (IGF-1, thyroid hormones, leptin, insulin) affects the success of superovulation and ET. According to our results, there is asignificant difference between the in and out of season periferial blood level of IGF-1 and insulin. Furthermore, decrease in the periferic blood levels of IGF-1 and insulin is less drastic in the pregnant recipients.

Az embrióátültetési programok sikerét számos, már ismert tényező (fajta, típus, szezon, kezelési protokoll) befolyásolja. Feltételezzük továbbá, hogy egyes metabolikus hormonok (IGF-1, pajzsmirigy-hormonok, leptin, inzulin) perifériás vérszintje összefüggésben állhat a szuperovuláció és az embrió transzfer eredményességével. Eredményeink szerint a fent említett metabolikus hormonok közül az inzulin és az IGF-1 perifériás vérszintje között szezonon belül és kívül szignifikáns különbség van. Az inzulin és IGF-1 perifériás vérszintje a vemhes recipiensekben kevésbé drasztikus csökkenést mutat, mint a nem vemhesekben
