Abstract

Drawing upon theories of entrepreneurial intention, this study discerned various clusters of factors that influence entrepreneurial intent, namely: (1) self-esteem, (2) creativity, (3) self-control, (4) achievement, (5) education, and (6) knowledge enhancement. To gauge the effects of these factor groups, the study utilized both Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and multiple regression analysis. As a result of this investigation, the authors put forth several recommendations aimed at bolstering the entrepreneurial aspirations of students in Thai Nguyen Province going forward.
