Abstract

Achieving sustainable development in any society requires a complex and multifaceted process. This process is associated with the duality of societal readiness, starting with the individual, the family and society, and ending with the political will associated with the fair distribution of wealth. Sustainable development concerns not only the economic aspect, but also the various social, political and scientific aspects. And it requires positive transformations in the structure of the social system through the development of the culture of society, which is one of the most important factors influencing political stability, and in the structure of the political system capable of employing resources and equitable distribution of wealth. This can only be achieved by the existence of an independent state with full sovereignty over its resources and economy.
