Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to determine factors affecting the implementation of preference and reservation directives on government procurement opportunities in Kenya: a case of the central bank of Kenya.
 Design/ Methodology/Approach: The investigation utilized stratified arbitrary inspecting, the adolescent, ladies and people with handicaps being the strata of particular elements prequalified with the Central Bank of Kenya in its mind office in Nairobi and the three branches (Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret).
